I graduated in economics with a major in human resources and organization at the Freie Universität Berlin as a "Diplom-Kauffrau".

I worked as a recruiter, head of HR and services and as a project manager. All in all I have more than 25 years of work experience, which I have spent predominantly in the IT service sector in internationally affiliated groups.

Since 2006 I have been a consultant to companies and organizations, which are seeking professional Change Management advice. Since 2010 I have been working as an independent contractor.

Change is my strong suit. I like the alternation between familiar and unknown terrain. In change processes I want to achieve targets cooperatively and win people’s commitment. I am good at conceptual planning and like to work in teams. I care to pass on knowledge to others. I feel responsible for results and evaluate my work on the basis of my customers’ success. I am learning a lot from my customers and in each project. I love my profession, because it is useful and helpful and I am able to do what I want to do.

I am a certified consultant in in the Change Management process by  Prosci. Prosci is the "best-of-the-best provider for Change Management methodology, tools and models" in the opinion of an increasing number of companies and change management experts worldwide. The approach of Prosci bases on best practice and offers a frame and a structure for Change Management projects, Change Management programs and Enterprise Change Management.

Beyond that I work with target-oriented management techniques and established Change Management instruments like stakeholder and force field analysis. I also use recent methods and tools like systemic constellations or the change journey by Holger Nauheimer. In the specific Change Management process I choose the most effective tools according to my customers’ needs and resources.
